How long does it take to get a hospital recommendation?
After submitting your inquiry and medical information, we typically provide hospital recommendations within 2-3 business days. For complex cases, this may take up to 5 business days.
Do you help with visa applications?
We provide information and guidance on the medical visa (M visa) application process, but we do not directly handle visa applications. We can provide the necessary documentation from hospitals to support your visa application.
What information do you need from me?
To provide accurate recommendations, we need: your medical condition description, any existing medical reports or test results (if available), your preferred treatment timeline, and any specific requirements you may have.
Can you guarantee hospital appointments?
We provide direct contact information for hospitals and assist with the initial communication. However, appointment scheduling is directly between you and the hospital. We cannot guarantee specific dates but will guide you through the process.
How do you charge for your services?
We offer three service packages: Free initial consultation, Hospital matching service (from $299), and Information package service (from $149). All fees are one-time and clearly communicated before you commit.
